
Now that the weather is warming up I've been preparing to hit the trails again - the foot trails. Since my pack is already loaded for training I decided to do a walk through of my gear for moderate and warm weather backpacking. This is just what I carry and is based on personal preference. Its not for everyone and its subject to change.
Here goes:

- Shelter and Sleeping (Depending on conditions and what appeals to me at the time I may sleep in a tent or hammock so i'll list both):
- REI Half Dome 2 man Tent (Note: I pack the tent, fly, and footprint in the stuff sack inside my pack and the poles and stakes outside my pack)
- Hammock, Rainfly, Bug Net from Chill Gorilla. These are affordable and have been very reliable so far.

- Sawyer Products Mini Water Filtration System - My set up uses a repurposed Platypus bladder and tube fashioned into a gravity system.
- Food and Cooking (Depending on the trip my stove selection may vary).
